Asking one at a time is slow. Asking everyone is awkward.

You want two people for a dog walk. Text one friend and wait, and by the time they say no it’s dark. Text five and three say yes, and now someone gets un-invited. Group chats are worse: forty replies about who’s doing what.

1ForYes asks everyone at the same time and keeps count. Spots go to the first yeses. Nobody has to negotiate, and a no is one tap: 2.

How it works

  1. 1

    Say what and when

“Costco run at 9.” One line, plus how many spots you have. That’s the whole form.

  2. 2

    Pick who

Tap a list, like dog walkers or the Shabbat crowd, and untick anyone you’d rather not see today.

  3. 3

    Watch it fill

Replies come in as yes or no. When the spots are gone, everyone who hasn’t answered is told it’s full.

Everyone gets an answer

The friend who saw your text while driving doesn’t have to remember to get back to you. When it fills, they hear so and can let it go, and next time they’ll answer a little faster.

The ones who said yes get a confirmation and a line from you, like “I’ll text you where to park.” Anything more is between you and them.
